REFLECTION

Experience:

Throughout these 14 weeks, I gradually moved from being a total beginner to finally getting a grasp on the basic techniques and design principles of Adobe, which has been exciting for me. Typography was, without a doubt, the most time-consuming module. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the challenge that each project posed. I experienced different aspects of typography with each task, which enabled me to improve my skills all the time. The feedback I received from Ms. Vitiyaa on a weekly basis was vital to my design process. Her guidance helped me realize what the design objectives of each project were.Throughout this module, I found it very fulfilling, and I cannot wait to implement what I have learned in future projects.

Observation:

I have come to realize the importance of unity in design. A cohesive and harmonious design provides a more comfortable visual experience for the audience, while striving for excess can lead to a loss of balance. This process has taught me the principle of moderation, emphasizing the significance of maintaining balance and harmony in design.

Discovery:

I discovered that design is a profound discipline; it is not merely about free expression but requires thoughtful consideration from various perspectives, experimentation, and reference-seeking. Additionally, a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding of terminology can significantly enhance my judgment and creativity throughout the design process, enabling me to communicate design concepts more effectively and ultimately achieve higher-quality outcomes.
